When we reflect on the changing nature of our planet, it can be overwhelming to grasp the magnitude of actions required to impact change. This feeling often leads to paralysis, where we find ourselves unable to take any action at all, simply not knowing what to do for the best.

Here at Sketch, we’ve decided that doing nothing is not the answer. We’re conscious of the Fashion Industry's impact to pollution globally and we have asked ourselves a question about the role we play in this predicament.

Realising the need for change, we are determined to take the first step towards creating a positive impact. As a result, we have committed ourselves to actively collaborate with B Corporation or Sustainability certified businesses. Our aim is to foster a future where, by 2025, 50% of our client base is actively striving to be part of a greener Fashion Industry and, consequently, a greener planet.

Holly has a wealth of experience from working as a Product Developer for a luxury British brand and over 10 years in fashion recruitment, working for a leading fashion agency and in-house for one of the UK's largest retailers. For Holly it's about making the recruitment process run as smoothly as possible in an honest and respectful manner for clients and candidates.
